Our client, an established firm of solicitors, have a new requirement for an additional Fee Earner to join the team of 5 in their busy Chichester office.
-Lasting Powers of Attorney
-Administration of Estate
-Management of Affairs
-Declarations of Trust
-Assisting clients with estate and tax planning (using Wills, trusts and lifetime giving), Living Wills, Statutory Wills, preparing Powers of Attorney and undertaking Court of Protection work, dealing with the finances and (if appropriate) making an application for relevant benefits, administration of trusts, information on home care, preserving assets in the event of long-term residential or nursing care, care home contracts.
2 years’ PQE essential.
Holiday entitlement starts at 25 days per annum and increases (after 2 full years) by 1 day per year to a maximum of 30 days. Private Healthcare cover is offered to all staff after a 3-month probation period. Auto-enrolment pension with Legal & General (4% employee contribution, 4% employer contribution.)
