Our Rustington based client, a small but expanding, friendly surveying practice, has a present requirement for a part time administrator to work on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9am for between 15-18 hours per week plus holiday cover.
Your primary responsibilities will be telephone based and in person client liaison, preparing and providing quotations for surveying, taking instructions from clients, typing and sending terms of engagement, packaging reports, invoicing and making appointments.
You will also be tasked with explaining the surveying process for which training will be provided so the ability to assimilate and accurately relay information is key.
You will also need to be able to liaise with colleagues who are based remotely.
In order to be considered for interview you will have relevant administrative and client facing experience in a professional environment and will be a first class communicator with a team ethic.
MS Office knowledge and good typing skills are essential as is a meticulous attention to detail and a sound academic background.
You will primarily be working alone or with one colleague in separate areas of our client’s office.
