Our client, a well established firm of solicitors, has a requirement for an ambitious qualified Residential Conveyancer with 3+ years PQE looking for personal and career growth opportunities to develop the conveyancing department in a small and friendly team.
The successful candidate will join a supportive working environment and demonstrate an interest in building and leading the department. You will have the skills and passion for the development of the business, demonstrating key qualities and an interest in becoming a partner within the firm.
You will be able to undertake all aspects of residential property work, such as:

• Sales and Purchases
• Re-mortgages
• Buy-to-let
• Transfer of equity
• Lease extensions
• Landlord and Tenant

You will:

• Have excellent IT skills

• Be able to prioritise your workload efficiently in order to meet tight deadlines
• Possess excellent communication and client care skills
• Be able to work well as part of a team with sound leadership skills
• Have strong attention to detail and be very well organised
• Provide an excellent service and develop relationships which conform to any service level agreement with a particular client
• Have the ability to identify potential opportunities for cross referrals to other departments within the firm
• Have a strong sense of commercial awareness and the ability to build good effective working relationships with local agents
• Have experience of managing a high-volume caseload of varied property transactions with minimal supervision
• Be friendly and proactive with a positive attitude
• Have a strong desire to contribute towards the future development of the team and company
