Our client, a law firm in central Chichester, is looking for an experienced and qualified conveyancer to join their Conveyancing department, as follows:
-Handling own caseload (with support – each fee-earner has their own member of support staff):
Freehold and Leasehold Purchases and Sales
Re-mortgages
Transfer of Equity
Shared Ownership to include Staircasing
New Build Property (inc Help to Buy)
Lease Extensions
From first-time buyers purchasing their first home to experienced property investors dealing with the purchase of complex high-value properties. The conveyancing team use the Redbrick case management system.
Note: Experience of handling matters in Leasehold Enfranchisement, also Equity Release, is an advantage but is not essential
