Recruitment of Temporary Workers

All applicants who register for work with Rustington Recruitment must do so in person.

All applicants are interviewed face to face and any documentation is completed in sight of our consultants.

All licences, certificates, right to work documents etc are provided to our staff for inspection and to be recorded.

Payment of Temporary Workers

Payslips are always made available to the individual by email, or if they would prefer, by collection in person from our office.    

Temporary workers are paid weekly by BACS into their own bank account or that of their partner.
