We are currently recruiting for a Paralegal within our client’s Private Client Team at their friendly office located in Goring-by-Sea, West Sussex.

The role will include:-

  • All areas concerned with the preparation of Wills – including taking initial instructions from the client, providing appropriate legal and inheritance tax advice, drafting Wills and overseeing the execution process.
  • All areas concerned with the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney – including taking initial instructions from the client, providing appropriate legal advice, acting as Certificate Provider (if the successful candidate has the requisite skills and experience), overseeing the signing process and attending to registration with the Office of the Public Guardian.
  • Assisting the Partners with their caseloads as and when required.

This role would suit people who have:-

  • previous experience of drafting Wills and advising clients relating to estate planning matters
  • some experience of managing cases
  • the ability to build positive relationships and a passion for providing outstanding customer service
  • a high level of attention to detail
