Our client has a new requirement for an MRICS or AssocMRICS qualified surveyor with experience in delivering RICS Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys. Other work to include Valuations (no lending work), defect diagnosis, Party Wall awards depending upon experience. Work is high quality and low volume.
Position can be office based in Rustington or with a possibility of having a surveyor home based in North Surrey/ SW London . Full or part time. Salary according to area and experience. West Sussex would be £45 – 55k basic plus bonus scheme.
