-Declarations of Trust

Assist clients with estate and tax planning (using Wills, trusts and lifetime giving), Living Wills, Statutory Wills, preparing Powers of Attorney and undertaking Court of Protection work, dealing with the finances and (if appropriate) making an application for relevant benefits, administration of trusts, information on home care, preserving assets in the event of long-term residential or nursing care, care home contracts.

All of our team in this department have completed Dementia Friends training; we also encourage fee-earners to be Solicitors for the Elderly.

EMPLOYEE BENEFITS

Holiday entitlement is 25 days per annum and increases (after 2 full years) by 1 day per year to a maximum of 30 days; they also close the office over the Christmas break and this period is fully paid (whether a Bank Holiday or a day of work, no need to use your holiday). You will handle own caseload and consistently achieve monthly billing targets.

Redbrick case management system is used by all the conveyancing department.

You will need to be a qualified Conveyancer with experience of managing a Conveyancing team.
